Re: up and down line speeds

      Hi

      ADSL2+ Speed Test
We estimate your line is capable of between 10mb to 12mb broadband on an ADSL2+ service.

      SkyUser - ADSL2 Line Speed Checker - upto 24mb

So theoretically you should be miles better off. As for the performance and the poor speeds you are getting now, have you tried the same exercise from your test socket?

Sky User - The unofficial support forum for everything Sky! How to test your Master Socket

Repeat the stats from their if you can.

Re: up and down line speeds

As NR says post a set of stats taken from the test socket after a day or so of use.
You have a lot of line errors and using the test socket will eliminate any possible problems with internal wiring etc.
I may be wrong on this but i think you may be capped as your SNR of 21.7 is very good, I think I have read that a result of capping is an artificially high SNR figure.
Get them errors sorted and you can expect significantly more than your current sync speed.
