      Thumbs down Am I Capped???

/usr/sbin/adslctl: ADSL driver and PHY status
      Status: ShowtimeRetrain Reason: 20
Channel: INTR, Upstream rate = 416 Kbps, Downstream rate = 3776 Kbps
      Link Power State: L0
      Mode: G.DMT
      Channel: Interleave
      Trellis: ON
      Line Status: No Defect
      Training Status: Showtime
      Down Up
      SNR (dB): 8.9 13.0
      Attn(dB): 57.0 31.5
      Pwr(dBm): 18.0 3.3
      Max(Kbps): 4224 1024
      Rate (Kbps): 3776 416

when I adjust SNR to 6db, I get connected at 4024kbps however no websites's load, as you can see I have a Lot of SNR available and used to be able to connect easily at 4553kpbs with Ukonline.

I have rang sky twice and asked if i have been capped each time I am told their is no cap on my line.

I am on Sky Mid, hoping to go on to Sky Max, yes I know i wont get the downstream, but I only want sky Max for the Upstream speed as I send a lot of files.

Also how can I be put back on to FAST? Sky put me on interleave when I was on Sky Connect, anyway to be put back on to FAST? I rang Sky BB Support and Tier one did not understand and said if my broadband works they will not put me through to Tier 3!
      Thanx

If you were capped at SNR level of 8.9db, Then you wouldnt be able to use the SNR Adjuster to change it to 6db.

Also how can I be put back on to FAST?
Sky wont put you back on to FastPath as some people have confirmed that they (Tier 3) shouldnt be putting people on FastPath.
If you have been on FastPath then it was/could-have been by error and which has been corrected by your transfer to Sky Mid.

ok so the only way to get back on to Fast path would be to change ISP?
