      DNS Down?

Is it just me or are the Sky DNS servers having a mare?

      I'm resolving via servers
      90.207.238.97
      87.86.189.16

However, I can only connect to sites via ip, not name. If I put in these details into my XP network connection settings, still no joy. I have ended up using the OpenDNS servers in XP to get out into the big wide world!

As a secondary test I have used the DNS Lookup in the NetGear diagnostics menu. (www.)bbc.co.uk both come back with "Unknown Host Address".

I've tried rebooting and power cycling the router, anyone else having issues?

      No issues here in London.

Have you had a look on the easynet status pages to se if they are doing some work to the network?

      Try this link
