      Sky's communication is pretty poor and considering they have been around for a while now (on the TV side) there is no excuse for it.

      Further update.
      BT have changed my postcode, I rang up on Friday to see if it'd been done, it hadn't, but the nice lady I spoke to managed to do it there and then. Rang Sky again to get them to put throught the broadband order, but the agent said the system was requesting a mac code, I've had my house since May and there hasn't been a broadband service, so Sky have sent a request to BT to clear the line, and I've got to wait until Friday to ring Sky and try to put the order through again.

      Further Update - The order has now gone through and I have an activation date of the 16th October, so fingers crossed!
