      help please

      hi everyone...

      well i order the sky package where you get sky talk, sky tv and sky broadband all for 21 (i was suppose to pay 26 for my package but on a letter i recieved it said 21) well i have the sky tv in i had that in last week on tuesday i am so happy with it ... but i recieved a letter saying my broadband line would be live from the 3rd but i had to add 3 days onto that to make sure (obviously covering there back there) BUT i have not recieved my wireless router the disks etc.. nothing to do with the internet ... the only thing i have is the user name and password i need to sort it out...

      anyone know when i will recieve these things or if i need to ring them up about it?

      You should have had the router by the date due, it would appear it has been delayed. You could try ringing to find out. Do you know which BB package you signed up to?

      p.s i did post this in a different section till i realised it was the wrong one so sorry guys...

      i will be on sky broadband mid... is there anyway i can track the oprder to see where it is or does it all have to be done by phone? if so i shall get onto that in a bit and see if i can get it sorted.

      If you ring sky they'll probably give you the tracking number for parcelforce, if its been dispatched

      well i have phoned sky up and they have said its been delivered by parcel force .. i have not recieved it they trieds twice noone rang my buzzer (im in a flat you see) or left a note saying they tried to deliver but couldnt

      so i rang parcel force up and now its saying it will cost me money to get my parcel which im not happy about ... so it will be delivered tomorrow now and i will not be payiong to get a package i didnt even know was being held for me by them i should be on the sky broadband by now and im paying for it when not getting it ...

      am i being un reasonable here? i dont think i am lol

      Parcelforce usually leave it with a neighbour, or at least put a card through, but it's just your word against the delivery guy's wether they left a card or not =\
