      I called the main Sky customer services dept I think it was anyway it was a few weeks ago.

      there are different number on the forum under Customer Service section maybe try a number in there as well

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Perhaps try to go directly to sales missing out the whole reg section completly.

      08705 515 515 then select the one for I have a urn then just tell them you lost it perhaps they will have more luck
