loss of connection from Bridgend exchange

I had a loss of connection, from 12:14am to 12:21am, tryed re-connecting continously until 12:21am, then got reconnected just this moment, I notice I leave my pc, downloading stuff overnight, and the last few nights, i wake up in the morning to find my connection is lost, and i cannot gain access to my router(it times out when i try), only way to fix it, is by unplugging the power cord from the router then plugging the cord back in, then my connection comes back and i can gain access to my router again, back to normal, this shouldnt happen should it? surely?

I wonder what sky would say about this problem of loss of connection overnight?? and loss of access to router also...

also, my noise margin was 9.0db at start of re-connection
