      Your router stats are fine other than that low noise margin. Keep an eye on that - it'll give problems sooner or later. See the first sticky in my signature for an explanation.

      With regard to your variable throughput, there are several possible reasons, the first that needs to be eliminated is a poor wireless connection. This is the number one reason for a wildly fluctuating/low download speed where the router is reporting a much higher sync.

      thanks i dont use wireless on the main pc, its connected via cable

      4 main reasons for fluctuating speedtest results in rough order of likelihood:
      • poor wireless connection
      • overloaded speedtest server
      • line problems (dropping noise margin, line errors causing resends)
      • other generated traffic (malware, other LAN users)


      If none of those then it's something pretty obscure.
