      Usage Reset Times

      Hey Guys,

      I've just have Sky BB installed and am on the Mid package.

      I have a question regarding the usage limits:
      When does the limit reset? Is it on the 1st of each month ie each calender month;
      or does it reset a month from when I had it installed?

      its from your start date [which may not be when u got bb installed ]also sky at the moment dont seem to enforce a usage limit on any of its products

      I would think it resets on the date of your billing. You would have to check this in your account, mine was made to coincide with the TV billing date.The first month I was only charged BB for part of the month to bring it in line with the TV which is billed to me on the 19th. I had TV long before Broadband.
