To get Sky Broadband you have to be a Sky TV subscriber.

      Are you already a subscriber?

Well sorry to say, you will have to subscribe to Sky for their TV if you want their broadband, unless we believe the rumours of Picnic Broadband, but then the prices are likely to be higher.

I thought that the SKy Connect an replica of the Mid package, is for people without Sky TV?

No, Connect is for those who subscribe to Sky TV and live in an area, where Sky do not have LLU kit in that persons exchange, so that they too can get Sky Broadband.

The T & Cs are quite explicit -
      (c) To take Sky Broadband you must be 18 years old or over and your home must be in an area of the UK where Sky Broadband is accessible. You must also have an active Sky digital subscription (“Sky TV”) under a Sky digital subscription contract (“Sky TV Contract”).
