    my sky router stats, help me please?

    This is a discussion on my sky router stats, help me please? within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; yea i will give them a ring when i can be bothered lol , wud it be easier to email ...

      yea i will give them a ring when i can be bothered lol , wud it be easier to email them?? i hate speaking on the phone lol
      i want to give it a go cos if i can get the speed then why not

      so what happens if i ask them to put me on adsl2 and they say my line aint capable of it???

      Given your stats I don't think they will say that, just tell them you have had your line fixed and you feel it can handle ADSL2+, which you are paying for after all. I would not waste time with emails in this case, you will be more likely to get a result by phone taking man to man (or woman)

      08705 515 515, option 1, option 3 but id email instead tbh - will prob be cheaper (don't remember addy off the top of my head though)

      Don't bother sending an email, use the KANA form instead. You will get an acknowledgement almost immediately, then a reply in maybe a week. I would still advise spending a couple of pounds phoning and getting through to tier 3

      I used the 'broadbandcustomerservice@bskyb.com' which used to be the support email addy, got an acknowledgement almost immediately, 3 days later I got another email telling me that my email had been received but not read, would I use the Web form. I used the Web form on the 28th last, still not had a reply.

      I have used the form about three times and have never had an acknowledgement or even a reply but I did get a letter through saying my issue had been looked at and sorted. And on the othr couple of times I used the form my issue was sorted but I never heard anything back so it is definately worth you using it.

      yeah well i have sent them an email about my router cos it keeps powering itself off and that and i have emailed them about being uncapped
      wen i say email i mean that online form thingy lol
