The way you connect to your router can have no influence on the line errors in the router stats. Ethernet or wireless makes no difference to line errors.

Re: my sky router stats, help me please?

Your CRC errors have reduced from about 2000 per hour to a bit over 200. This probably means that your internal wiring is responsble for a large part of your problem. However, you still have a lot of errors, considering you are capped down, so you should still get in touch with BT. Remember Don't mention Sky Broadband or there is a good chance they will do nothing.

Edit - The above was in reply to your previous set of stats, I don't think the router stats care whether you are connected by wireless or wired. You will have to run for a few hours, to get a meaningful result, but things are looking better. You are showing an Attn of 15.5 which is caused by a bug in the firmware, it can be fixed by rebooting but I would not bother at the moment till you have run for a decent time. It does no harm.

Re: my sky router stats, help me please?

Your router stats won't improve by themselves so unless you and/or BT have made changes to your connection, there's no point continually checking them.

Please go back to the beginning of this thread, and your other threads, and the replies to the pms you've sent and read them through. All your questions have been answered. If you don't understand the advice you've been given, please ask for clarification.
