judging by the attenuation you should be able to get the 16mb or very close to it

Your stats look very much like mine did on MAXDsl so you should at a guess get about the same, my SkyBB stats are as follows
      System Up Time 69:55:23
Port Status TxPkts RxPkts Collisions Tx B/s Rx B/s Up Time
      WAN PPPoA 1381980 1634950 0 927 4904 69:54:42
      LAN 10M/100M 948076 719933 0 3648 722 69:55:21
      WLAN 11M/54M/108M 751239 679726 0 1309 324 66:33:28

      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 15323 kbps 764 kbps
Line Attenuation 25.0 db 13.7 db
Noise Margin 10.2 db 12.5 db
As you can see very good and never dropped once.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
