Mid to Max - just a few Questions

      Greetings all!

Firstly what a GR8 site! you guys have helped me no end!!!
Just moved house and had loads of trouble with SKY. I was stuck on order pending cancel - and SKY just couldn't care less! - BUT with a little help from the ISPA I'm finally sorted!

I've got some pretty decent stats on my line, and am in 2 minds whether to upgrade to MAX after the complete Fiasco I had just getting my line re-activated in the first place.
But should I decide to upgrade these are my questions...

      1) Does upgrading to Max tie me in to a new 12 month contract?
      2) If I get poor speeds on Max, can I revert back to MID ?
      3) Does moving to MAX contractually obligate me to stay for a minimum term?
(ie they say I can revert back, but we'll charge you 'X' amount for the remainder of the contract)

      Here are my stats:
