      Well your sync speeds look fine, the only reason i can think is you're not getting anywhere near them in the throughput is

      CRC = 2718

      That's a lot of errors,

      But im not entirley sure, im sure someone who knows more about all those stats can shed more light

      two questions

      is the router plugged into the master socket ?

      are you wired or wireless ?

      No problem, you could try plugging your router into the master / test socket and see if the errors dissapear, if so then its an internal wiring problem, if not then you're gonna have to get on to sky =\

      hi liam
      wireless seems to be a problem (see other posts on this site) and will affect your thruoghput but only on your laptop, the wired pc should be fine, you may also want to check your wiring (see cabling and face plate)
      try the test socket behind the face plate

      Re: Slow connection? see if your really have here

      Can you do a speed test using the wired pc and see if you get better results? That will show if the lack of throughput is due to wireless or not. Cheers.

      Re: Slow connection? see if your really have here

      Ok thats just confusing... wireless is faster than wired? SOmething strange going on lol, At least your upload is a bit better wired, but you should be getting near 1MB/s with your sync speed :s
