      What happens now

Hi all, sorry for all the silly questions ive recently asked!

Basically today i received my latter telling me of my estimated activation date (20/07/07) and now im basically wondering what to expect, when should i receive the router, does it usually take them "additional 3 working days" basically im most worried about activation date coming along and i have no router meaning im without Internet for aslong as it takes for it to get here.

Not sure if it makes any difference but ive ordered Sky Broadband Max.

      Thanks

      Marc

I think you will find that Sky send the router by City Link. If it hasnt arrived by tomorrow either get sky to contact them, or if you prefer get the consignment number and order number and contact them yourself. It does usually take around 7 days all told.

      08705 515515.

Then it's option 1, then option 1 again, and finally option 3.

But they don't seem to be answering at the moment.
