To be honest with you if you have a service thats working at the moment, I would perhaps advise you to stay with it for a few more months just to see if things calm down a bit.
right now its very hectic and busy and unfortunatly there a few bad horror storys that I myself would hate to be in.
worth considering all the points before you make the jump.

I would tend to agree with you there
Sorry mate but I have not had any such problems apart from initially trying to register CS and TS have been very good though I have only spoken to them a couple of times from the start of my order to it going active on Tuesday, BT made a bigger mess up of things than SkyBB.
As for letters and router all showed up when they should have and as for speed and stability here are my router stats since being connected.
