nope, just got off the phone, the lady just would not at all put me through, i was very nice, then started getting not so nice as my patience is wearing quite thin now. But if they can reduce your attenuation by that much then they must be able to do something for me

Well if you call again hopefully you'll get someone else so just explain to them that you'll like tier3 to check your attenuation as your sure the line can support better speed........persistence is the key!!

tried that, finally got someone to say theyd give me call back, thought id give them a chance and see if they actually do. if not ill be on the phone again!
