      Disconnects & the master socket.

Most of the advice on here seems to centre around bad cabling within the house leading to disconnection problems. This is also my problem which is further enhanced by having my master socket in the downstairs loo!

My question is, if you connect via the master socket and your internet light still keeps dropping off your router, what do you do then?

Downstairs users need to aim better - lol (sorry)
Seriously if you use the following utility to get your detailed router stats and post them here we will be able to give an opinion on your connection. Make sure you use the router for around 24 hours before obtaining the stats.

Sky Netgear DG834GT utility version 0.4
