      Slow connection speed

      had sky broadband a couple of weeks and its a pathetic service compared to virgin. The TV is a lot better but the broadband is shocking.

      Not getting anywhere near the speeds i should and the connection drops more in a week than virgin did in a year.

      If there is anything obvious in my stats or any suggestions that may help it would be greatly appreciated.

      Why did you move to sky from ntl (virgin media) must be mad lol!!

      For a slow connection you will need to go to the test socket, change the microfilters, before calling Sky BB Tech Support. Please not that the speeds are "UP TO" which means you may or may not get the speed that you are paying for. Also Sky BB is rate adaptive which alot of customers dont understand.
