    Is it my line

      Unhappy Is it my line

      Anyone got any idea why my phone speech should be quite to others I am talking to? I have broadband and phone on same extension socket, all items are filtered and my extension is only running the two blue wire to pin 2 and 5.

      I have put my phone into master socket and changed phones but problem is still there.

      I have done a BT line test and it says there is no problem with the line.

      If I call BT and they find no fault how much will the BT call out be?

      have you tried with another phone before you phone bt,

      sorry i should have said sre the phone you are using mobile versions and have you tried with a wired phone

      chances are the extention is at fault - have you tried it in the master?
