I followed everybodies advice to register again and this seems to have resolved the problem as I received my letter in the post a few days later. I'm going for the max package so I have free installation from Sky which is booked for Sunday 15th.
My existing broadband connection with Orange was disconnected on Friday. I spoke to Sky to find out when my router should turn up and one guy told me that it would come with the guy who is installing it and then another guy told me that it should arrive by courier - it's not here yet so I was wondering whether anybody knows what I should expect?

IF you have booked an instalation the engineer usually brings it. Unless they have changed the system.
