      Newbie needs help

      Hi all,

happened upon this forum and could do with some help.

Yesterday was on Laptop at home in the morning, wireless working fine, put it on last night and tried to go in through internet explorer came up with message cannot find Web page DNS maybe down (tried loggin on to different sites still nothing). I am workin on Vista and it says that this isn't an internal problem and maybe the internet provider issue. Reset adaptor and all lights are on checked pc and ran a quick test came up with an error code 200! ?!

Not had a problem before since using sky last 5 months or so, and have no idea what else it might be still awaitng Tech guys from sky to get back and now at work using internet as no access at home.

      Any ideas ?

      Re: Newbie needs help

error code 200 would suggest the router is being blocked by Sky - best call and see if there's a block on the account (go via customer services before tech support as they'll be able to tell you)...
