      Sorry slow connection speeds

      Hi All,

Sorry for a very similar thread but unsure what to do and have done some tutorials but they dont seem to help.

Had sky broadband for a few months now. Connection was fine, but I have the Max account, my line can take up to 6, but Im connecting below 2. Have been on the telephone to sky tecnical who have gone through with me, several things including changing filters, connection using the test port in the bt box, but they say that the line has too much noise. BT tested the line today and cant find any problems with it.

My speed is as follows :-

Any ideas on what to do now. If I cant get any better speed then I will reduce my account to the free service.

      Cheers,

      Paul
