      Just rang them and signed up.

      I am not filled with confidence going by their performance on the phone.

      I had to push my mac code at them, as they were not asking for it despite me telling them from the onset that I was migrating.

      Also kept including the telephone service in the quotes even though I kept telling them I only wanted broadband max.

      Hopefully, it will turn out ok. I assume I can cancel should the letter not have the correct details that I wanted.
