      Connection becoming unresponsive around 10 times per day

      Hi, I'd appreciate any help you might be able to give me.

      As well as my SKY broadband connection becoming unresponsive fairly frequently I have a very slow connection. I just ran a speed test and got this:

      You really need to post your Detailed stats, obtained by using Mognuts utility or by clicking the link in my sig below. To use Mognuts click the 'Get detailed stats button' click the browser back button, click the Download button and open the file using Wordpad.

      You have a large number of errors, which will cause the symptoms you describe. Try plugging into the TEST socket behind the faceplate of the Master socket and run for about 24 hours, downloading as much as you can. You should do this with a wired connection. This will indicate whether the errors are being caused by your internal wiring or the main line. The former can be fixed by you, the latter can only be fixed by BT.
