      How to get hold of sky via email

      ok,

      I am going to try the email approach so I can show sky, what speed my phone line is actually capable of getting(i can send them my router stats). And I need to know some email addresses to sort all this out, so sky can upgrade my line to adsl2+.

      I find that the ringing them up uproach, is pointless, tier 1 being thick as ****, and will try ask anything to stop me getting through to tier 3, so i can get my line upgraded to adsl2+.

      So, any sky email address i can use to ask them?

      sending router stats means jack - it'll still get put in the que with the other tier 3 tickets......you just need to state that you had a prevous fault and now you're line has been fixed to put you back on the full Max profile

      whether it gets done is another matter....

      P.S. emails go through to tier 1 too....just email team tier 1
