      Post Active Cancel - Anything I can do?

      I'm trying to migrate from BT Broadband to Sky. At the moment my account is in "Post Active Cancel" which I'm told by the Sky customer services is better than Pre Active Cancel! I've read a lot on this forum and understand my account is locked until they send the details off to some external company to bodge the system to unlock it. This was escalated on 31/07, is there anything I can do to get this resolved quicker?

      Its exactly the same - minimum of 2-3 months to get removed
