      Quick question

I was on Sky BB Connect at 5 a month and then up to 17.99 a month.
So I was looking around the site and found that its 17.99 a month for up to 16mb and unlimited download on Sky BB Connect and the exact same with the Max package at 10 a month.
How do they work this out, I just cant understand it, same package only one is 7.99 cheaper?
Or is it somethind to do with me only being able to get 2.9mb speed, but when I talked to them on the phone the girl hadn't a clue and said it will be switched over at the telephone exchange on the 23rd which I ask way as I cant get any faster speed so why touch my line at all. I know LLU is aready active at my exchange but they told me I might not get a faster speed anyway.
Seriously confused about Sky and keep wondering if they have a hidden agenda??

      Cheers

      Re: Quick question

The Connect service uses BTs network, and is more expensive as Sky have to pay BT to use it.
Base, Mid and Max are Skys LLU packages, use their own equipment and network( Easynet) so they can charge what they like.

PS Connect is up to 8mbps, 40gb cap and now costs 17/month.

You should complain bitterly about being charged extra, most are on 5 a month Connect until they are moved to Mid. It is not your fault that their exchange enabling progress has fallen behind their target, so why should you pay for it?
