      Block on the line

      I ordered See Speak Surf over a month ago. Sky+ was duly installed and the phone package swapped over. However I am still waiting for BB connection (Max Package). I have contacted the provisioning team on numerous occasion only to be told it is being dealt with and someone will be in touch.

      They tell me there is a block on my line that needs to be removed.
      I have supplied them with the MAC Code. Which I'm sure will expire shortly. I am migrating from TalkTalk.

      They originally gave me an activation date of 31/7/2007 and I have received my router. They have also taken the 30 connection fee.

      Anyone else suffered this problem and can anyone offer further advice. Or even better contact info for the back office team who are working!! on the problem.

      Did you place the broadband order on the 23rd July?

      No I did not, but my telephone line was changed over to BT on the 23rd July....

      Why?
