      Iwas LLU on the 1st Aug and my BB was all ok. It was on this day that i found i then had no incoming calls.
      So i called BT who then said they would fix the incoming calls problem on the 8th Aug, when they did this on the 8th my BB stopped working as in the light on my router went off and has been off ever since.
      I have had working BB on the mid pack from the 1st to the 8th Aug but when the incomming calls problem was fixed by BT my BB stopped working.

      Calls to BT I get told to call Sky and calls to sky every day I get told no date for when it will be coming back on again.
      1st it was 10 days that would be 18th Aug and last night i was told 20th or more before its back on.

      Could anybody find out whats happening with my account?
      Has a new order been passed to BT for reconnect?

      BT will have unjumpered the line to get voice calls working - just needs logging to BT to rejumper the line again....unless the ties are faulty
