lose connection to sky bb when phone is picked up

Hi there my sky broadband seem to be ok on speed ive maxed out at about 400kb/s when downloading but whenever I pick up my house phone the router loses connection and while im on the phone it will not regain connection, I have 2 phones in the house 1 of them when u pick up the receiver you can hear computer noise, similar to the noise a modem makes when connecting I have removed this phone but that has not made a difference. also the router will lose connection for a short while from time to time i asume this is happening when my sky box is using the phone line.

(oh to make things clear all computers stay connected to the router, its the router that loses connection i.e. the computers are still networked but cannot access the web)

Has any 1 herd fo this before? any ideas as this is very annoying

      Thanks in advance

sounds like you don't have a filter on one of your phones. You need 1 filter on every socket that has a phone / sky box on it. If it is already filtered try replacing them (1 at a time and testing)
