      Angry 2 month's waiting for broadband

      Hi I ordered Sky broadband max on the 30th may 2007 and I still havent got an activation date. Is this normal to wait for 2 months with Sky According to Sky BT have rejected their order 4 times but I only get to hear this when I phone them to ask whats happening. Is there a way to make sure this will not happen again as I am getting seriously fed up, all I get from broadband customer services is excuses and a lets blame everbody else attitude, and a we couldn't care less if you cancel.
      I feel like cancelling everything as i ordered the tv, phone and broadband as a package I have been told I could cancel without penalties as Sky have not given me the complete package. Is this true?
      I am in a Virgin cabled area and have recieved a really good offer to join them although they want a 18 month contract and i am not too keen on the idea.
      Any help to speed up the process would be greatly appreciated.

      Have provisioning told you why the order was rejected by BT? It sounds like you need to find out and fix/get fixed whatever it is.
