Does this mean Sky have my line ?

      Hi,

Checked on an availability site & it showed this:

      Broadband Availability Checker
      Summary
      BT ADSL
      BT SDSL
      LLU xDSL
      Cable
      Wireless
      Locality

Congratulations, you are in a broadband enabled area.
However, your line is currently unbundled by an LLU operator such as Be, Bulldog or Easynet. Moving to another provider may require a cease and re-provide, which may result in loss of service for a few days.

The following services are available in your location:

      BT Wholesale ADSL
      BT Wholesale ADSL Max
      BT Wholesale SDSL
      Bulldog LLU
      Easynet LLU
      Tiscali LLU
      Orange LLU (Formerly Wanadoo)
      NTL Cable

When i checked this last week it showed my line clear a week after i cancelled Tiscali ?

No it just tells you what type of connections are available at your exchange

      Oops sorry missed this bit

yep you are on LLU and if you haven't been change to it by any other provider then I would say you are on SkyBB

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

The order will mean at some stage your line will be connected to sky's llu system - if you currently have an isp that will cease and sky usually becomes active a couple of hours later (if all goes well). if you don't have broadband at all - then sky will just become active at some time and date. sky will give you a date when you can expect your service to become active.

      Bt Tracker

How do I use the BT tracker to track my telephone line change over to Sky.

Does anyone know the URL of the tracker?

      @ skywalker http://www2.bt.com/btPortal/applicat...teArea=btb.bot

You'll need to register with the BT site and then login via landline orders
