      if everything is working fine i would leave well alone

      re: I work in manufacturing so when something is faulty im very sympathetic as i know how hard it is to get everything 100% right all the time.

      that is what qc is all about i'm sure you would agree - so why no qc on the routers it seems.

      Only problem with QC is that it is normally done by a human, so in theory you have to QC the QC'er
      and if QC is automated which alot of it will be with the routers no doubt it would have been programmed and setup by another one of those human thingys...mine was probably being checked as the buzzer for home time went off and they turned everything off.

      Thanks Satdish, i'll be on the phone to the tech's tonight i think, so i best get a sixpack in for it.....

      normally get one of the qc little stickers however it is done. so if they are sent back they can tell who or what did the inspection. the lack of sticker strongly suggests they have not been tested at all - either by humans, machines or guinea pigs
