      Hello everyone

Hi everyone . This site is great and I hope you can help me. I rang sky and gave them my mac code two weeks ago and waited. I then recieved my sky router a few days after that, then i recieved two letters from sky, one was saying that B.T will activat the line on 26/7/07. The other one said that my mac code contained invalid letters or numbers and to ring sky back. So i rang B.T and yes one of the letters in the mac was wrong, so i got the right one and rang sky back. They said that because an error had shown on the account I will have to wait untill they can reprocess the account or something and they didnt want the new correct mac code for some reason, I rang back today and they still say I will have to wait for my line to be connected, My origional mac is only valid untill the 16th of this month, Has this happened to anyone on hear? Any answeres? Thanx in advance

      Re: Hello everyone

I'm sure i've heard something similar in the past. Fortunately if I remember right it was resolved without to much of a delay. I know it sound obvious but keep hassling them (sky + bt) for a resolution - good luck.

I am afraid you could be in the same position a the post you read Was it This one If you are you are looking at months rather than days. It is unbelievable the trouble one wrong letter can cause.
