problem on one of the servers?

      I am using a program called WINMTR - 0.8

this programme continually pperforms tracerts until you stop it.

The one that keeps erroring on me is the:

      ip-89-200-134-***.ov.easynet.net

      server.

Is this a Connect server and will I be moved from it when I go to LLU or am I stuck with it?

It loses over 20% of the sent packets.

I am not quite with you.

Why do Sky lose 20% of the information I send?
