      strange when i do the checker i get nothing although there is a sky max order out on my line does it show all orders ?

      It really depends on how far the order has got on another system we use before it appears on the bt checker.

      well im meant o be active on the 25th but they say it could take another 3 days after that i placed an order on the 16th of this month

      I'd give Sky a call to check is all going well, there should be a order visible by this point. Especially so close to CRD.
      However it's always best to remember that the order checker doesn't always give a true representation.

      Ian Gilf can I just check that you are using the business side of bt.com and selecting YourAccount. This will allow you to view line orders, the residential only allows you to view BT Broad band orders.

      unfortunately im not with bt anymore i am using talktalk telephone service as it was cheaper for calls
      can i still find out if there are any current orders in place ?

      Please confirm

      1) Is it line rental with BT and calls with Talktalk

      or

      2) Line rental and calls with talktalk ?
