      okay, so next question. Is it both the router sync rate that fluctuates or just the download test rate?

      The reason you have a low download rate is because your SNR is now less than 7db (its showing 6.3db).

      use mognuts util in my sig and set your SNR (Noise Margin) to a figure higher than 7 (try 9db) and see how things are. you will get a lower router sync rate, but a more stabe dl rate.

      Changed my snr to 9 got a lower downtream snyc rate 4480kb but downspeed has not changed that much also like to say thanks to reddwarfcrew for the help so far

      Well it looks like my Internet has completly gone off now, and im now back to a dial up connection talked to tier 3 and they have esclalted the call to BT and have to wait up to 5 days for a reply back


      Damm dial up is so so slow

      no sync, nothing at all all i have is the wireless light and and power light been like this now for 12 hours, also i hate the off shore help desk, cant understand anything they say and they pick english name WTF
