      This helped with my wireless connection

      After many phone calls and emails to sky about my connection, i was still getting kicked offline every 5 mins or so. And with no help at all from sky ive farted around with the settings.........

      In my connection properties i unticked the box "QoS Packet Scheduler"

      Since doing this, dont know what it does (im no techy) but ive had a solid connection all night and a high connection speed and its running like **** off a stick getting speeds of 12meg on my max connection.

      Dont know if it will work for other people........but every little helps!

      well, i'll tell you no that no one at Sky is taught that in any of the training - we're only ever taught the basics as yo're going into Windows settings which is out of remit - glad its worked though!!
