    Rapidshare - any help?

    This is a discussion on Rapidshare - any help? within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; Curses! I download quite a few things from rapidshare accounts. I just tried it and I'm getting the same story. ...

      Curses! I download quite a few things from rapidshare accounts. I just tried it and I'm getting the same story.
      One of the benefits of being an early adopter I suppose..
      Connection Speed 13753 kbps Down - 766 kbps Up
      Line Attenuation 33.5 db Down - 18.7 db Up
      Noise Margin 7.0 db Down - 11.6 db Up

      Until I seen the post on the forum about it I have never even heard of it but I have found the site so going to see what happens

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Well I managed to upload a file but kept getting invalid whatever when I try to download it again

      I guess they've got no problem with gathering content, just with distributing it. It's like one of those bars they let women in free but blokes have to pay to get in. You know the sort of places..... no...? Anyway....

      Rapidshare is widely used for distributing err... shareware and the like.

      LOL I know the bars you mean though I have never been in one as I don't drink

      I'm downloading from rapidshare now (using rapidget) and it works fine......no problems whatsoever.

      Have you got a premium account with rapidshare.........because if you don't have one they make it difficult to access there site......Premium account's only cost about 16 for 3 months and I think that's good value.

      a majority of us are still in invalid ip hell i tough it is getting better rapidshare and a few other sites still havent updated then which is a complete pain in the bum. well there isp's

      i guess the only thing thats fast on the interweb is pornography
