Ok I pay abit more but still make a saving on my isp now. On BE I get 24mb and 1.3 upload well up to

Plus the contract on BE is 3 months so in 3 months I can take another look at Sky

well tbh i think your bound to hear more complaints online than happy customers.

allthough so far i am a happy sky bb user with a 7 time increase in speed and at 20 quid less was worth hastle.

i went from 512k adsl to oranges 5mbit where id only get 608k but magically on skys i sync in sub 4mbit range and apart from my first day its been solid and only on the first day it was a bit laggy

Well I would rather wait for all the bugs to iron out

BE has been around alot longer then Sky BB so will use them until Sky BB is on the same level or close

well tbh i too was gonna wait but i couldnt migrate to another isp so i thought id get it over with expecting troubles that never surfaced.
anyway so it wouldnt of made a diff if i went to sky and had a dodgy connection for the next 3 months it saved going through the process of cancelling me dsl then waiting for markers to clear before reordering again twice as orange moved me to there llu without telling me which sky cant/wont accept llu migration codes.

allthough my one problem is sky movies by broadband due to that drm ripper thing has been suspeded till they release the patch

I have to agree you will always get a lot of people complaining for x, y or z reason than you will people who are happy.

I am very happy with SkyBB so far but only been on it a couple of hours, it was BT that messed me up they screwed my phone line for 4 days no phone or ADSL after a lot of phone calls to BT faults I finally got it all sorted.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
