Where did you get the revised date from Mikey? The BT tracker?

      BT tracker not accurate

      Hi,
After yesterday's non-activation, I rang the BT wholesale number, and double checked what was going on. According to BT, I have a cease on my line due for today, but no provide!!!
      Somthing has gone horribly wrong

I rang Sky too, and they have 'completed' now, on the order, closed on the 7th. But another system shows it as 'active'. Apparently they are escelating it.

Yeah I used the BT tracker. I noticed the last update was on the 11th (yesterday) I checked this at 22:00 yesterday though and it said the last update was the 10th so this tracker thingy must only get updated once a day.

Progress. After placing my order with Sky on 8 September, two orders appeared on BT Tracker today: "provide LLU line share PSTN” with date due of 20 September, and “cease BT IPstream Max” with date due of 25 September. Plus I got a letter from Sky confirming 20 September. Fingers crossed.
