BT tracker not accurate
After yesterday's non-activation, I rang the BT wholesale number, and double checked what was going on. According to BT, I have a cease on my line due for today, but no provide!!!
Somthing has gone horribly wrong
I rang Sky too, and they have 'completed' now, on the order, closed on the 7th. But another system shows it as 'active'. Apparently they are escelating it.

Progress. After placing my order with Sky on 8 September, two orders appeared on BT Tracker today: "provide LLU line share PSTN” with date due of 20 September, and “cease BT IPstream Max” with date due of 25 September. Plus I got a letter from Sky confirming 20 September. Fingers crossed.

Got this on my order tracker page

CEASE: (ADSL) BT IPSTREAM HOME 500
PROVIDE: REGRADE ADSL
Dated 12th September, which (funnily enough) is when my broadband died on me.
Funnily enough (as stated in another post) still aint got my Sky broadband kit so im stuffed at the moment...
