Activated but still connected to Plusnet!

Just called sky to find out why I hadn't had a call with a new activation date as I was told that there would be a delay.

You were connected on the 7th sir.

So why is my Plusnet connection still working any my sky router wont connect then?

....Errrmm... ill have to pass that to our provisions dept!

I checked the BT order status and the provide for LLU is indeed complete but the IPSTREAM cease isnt till tomorrow.

      Interesting!

      Welcome to the site philce

Sorry but if you are still connected to PlusNet then there is no way you are on LLU yet since they have to move the connection from the BT DSlam to put you on LLU DSlam.

You should call them back and if you get the same kind of reply ask to speak to a manager.

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.
