Question Help with migration problems please

I am in the process of migrating to Sky Max from Tiscali, and I am having a few problems.
My original order was placed on 20th may. My MAC was rejected 3 times, and then I was told it was ok. I recently rang Sky to ask what was happening only to be told my MAC had expired and I needed a new one. Ok straightforward so far, then out of curiosity i looked a my orders on BT and this is what it states.
      Order reference MRW771EM

PROVIDE SMPF TO SMPF MIG. ON TACTICAL 1 0.0 0.0

I have not recieved a modem although I have recieved a letter that says i have been billed 0 for one, but I do have a login and password and I am still connected, i assume to Tiscali.
Please could someone explain what the BT information is saying and am is this normal procedure for sky.

      Many thanks

I will introduce myself properly to the forum when I get connected to SKY and will relate my experience to help others.

Re: Help with migration problems please

no answer yet guess i have to work it out myself i have reportd Tiscali to ofcom and will soon be reporting SKY for the worst customer support ( no callbacks or response to my e-mail's) I am fed up with this and will soon be giving up on the internet, back to pen and paper i guess

Right what that means to us enginers is to cease the ticali LLU service and re jumper you to Sky LLU dont worrie that is standard procuder

Sky wont talk to you untill a week after your "due" date cause it may take awhile for the switch
