      help connecting other users

      hi

      i have windows xp and ive just had sky connected today
      i have also just downloaded the new windows IE7 and here are my problems ic anyone can help please

      1. i dont have a tool bar so ive lost all my favourites etc
      2. i have 4 ppl who use the pc all from the same computer but using different login details, and although it says they are connected they are not

      any help with either of these please, im just a basic user so i hope its not too complicated or im screwed lol

      Sorry if the answers are a bit waffly...

      Your favourites should be held under the "star" icon you see on the left hand side just by the address bar, something like that - I run IE7 at home, but only have IE6 at work so can't give you an accurate picture from here.

      As for your 4 users not getting connected, I guess you might need to configure the connection on each profile, so they'll have to run through the steps you did to get configured. Hopefully.

      found the favs thanks

      the connecting of others well all i did was put in the disc from sky and added the equipment etc then i was connected

      think i need to do this with the others too?

      the CD doesnt set anything up connection wise so once the other users log in windows will automatically detect the network connection and use this for internet use

      the connection is there but when they open a internet page it says they are working offline

      so when they take themselves offline it refreshes and takes them to the connection box to sign in but it doesnt have sky there to connect them to it
