I've finally recieved my MAC from F2s today.

I'm now seriously reconsidering this decision based on the amount of trouble everyone is having.

Does anybody have any positive experience yet ? Better speeds - Untroubled migrations. Please post them on here.

No negative on this one if possible. I can read any other thread for that

I think you will always tend to find a hell of a lot more negative feedback on sites such as these. It's in people's nature to complain when they have bad experiences with things, but the majority just stay quiet when everything is working fine.

Take me as an example. I have had my ADSL connection with Plusnet for over 2 years and have never had cause to complain until I unbundled my phone with them and the service for everything turned to c**p. I had never posted on their forums before as I had no reason to. In the past 3 weeks I think I'm up to about 20 or so posts.

Sorry to semi-hijack your "positives-only" post...

In the past 4 years i have changed ISP 4 times. To date this has been the quickest and easiest of the lot. Am very happy with the service.

Was disappointed with the speed at the beginning (was only getting 6Mb), but then discovered this was my fault as i had a faulty telephone extension socket. With that replaced, speeds were up to 15Mb. Yeah.

As the previous person said, forums are generally for people to troubleshoot and complain about bad experiences. If every person who had a good experience came and started threads of various isp's forums, it would be a nightmare.

Still, it is reassuring to know that some people have had it good

My router arrived three days after placing my order, and my line was activated on the day they said it would be (September 6th).

Since then I've had no problems at all with my connection.
