      Upgraded from connect to MAX

      Hi,

Recently upgraded from connect to MAX as the exchange has been enabled. My speed hasn't increased at all in download and the downstream is set to 8096... does this sound right... I thought I'd get around 12mb at least only having a line distance of 1.8km away from the exchange...

Also is there a web page you can see what adsl2 speeds you should get?

      thanks in advance

Yep correct you are capped at 8mb and on G.DMT not ADSL2+, although your router hasn't been running long your stats look good, so you your line in theory should support much faster. You need to get Sky to remove the cap and switch you to ADSL2+ only Sky can make the alterations.
