      Changing From Connect To Mid

Hi I have just checked my exchange status to see if Sky/Easynet LLU is available and it is!!!!!!! The website states it only became available on the 23rd of June. I have checked the BT order tracking website to see if I had already been changed over but there is nothing. How long does it usually take to switch over from Connect to Mid once the exchange is enabled?

      Thanks

P.S. I haven't received a letter from Sky to confirm this change over yet.

Personally, I'd advise to wait and see - you will be migrated within a few months automatically and whilst they can do it manually, if it goes wrong, it goes really wrong...

My order appeared on the BT order checker the day after my exchange was enabled however my Brother whose exchange was unbundled the same days as mine has not been moved from the Connect package yet.

Re: Changing From Connect To Mid

My exchange was unbundled for some time and I had no word from sky about coming off connect. I was getting a little impatient as I wanted to go from connect to (free) base as I am only getting speeds of around 2MB anyway.

So I just called customer support and a very helpful guy sorted it out there and then! It went live in a few days and my connection is fine. I have gone from rebooting my router twice a day to, well it's been over a week and I haven't rebooted it yet!!

      Well worth a call
