      Am I Activated Yet?

My activation date was the 27th june. So this morning I decided to set up my router. I have done that successfully and my laptop connects to the wifi router ok. But I cant get onto the internet. I have noticed only two light lit up on the router, ther power light and the wifi light, the connection light is not lit up. I have checked all connection and are ok. Does this mean I have not been activated yet, and will it light up automatically when activated...appriciate any help, thanks!

If the green i light is not lit up, then it looks like something has not gone right.

If the green i light is lit up, then you should be able to connect.

When I was activated, all I got was a text message on my normal phone. I don't know why Sky assumed that I had an SMS-capable phone - it just so happens that I do, otherwise I would never have known.

If you can still access the internet with you old router with your previous ISP then you have not been activated yet. According to the letter I got the other day when I went from Connect to Mid they do say it could take up to 3 working days to connect you.

      Re: Am I Activated Yet?

Only by trying via the Sky router apart from that there is no other way apart from calling Sky themselves.
